What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. For Pickup orders, we also accept Debit.
I understand that you’re a Canadian Company. Do you ship to any other countries?
At this time, we ship only to customers within Canada.
In what currency are your prices?
We charge all prices in Canadian dollars (CAD).
How long will it take to receive my shipment?
You should receive your shipment in 3-9 business days (1-2 business days for processing and 2-7 business days for shipping, depending on your location), unless you choose a faster shipping method of either Xpresspost or Priority, either of which will get it to you in 2-5 business days total (1-2 business days for processing and 1-3 business days for shipping, depending on your location).
Can I cancel my order?
Please ensure that you are confident that your order is correct before it is confirmed. While we will do everything in our power to cancel and/or adjust your order if necessary, once it is processed and shipped, we will not be able to cancel.
Am I able to return or exchange a gift box if I’m not satisfied with it?
In order for exchanges or refunds, gifts in gift boxes must be unopened, unused and in original packaging. Exchanges or returns are valid for 30 days from the order date and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please note that refunds may only be issued to the purchaser and incurred shipping charges are not refundable. Please contact us at (250)804-2662 for an RMA number prior to returning product.
What do I do if I receive a product that is defective?
Our products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty against this issue. If you have received a defective product, simply contact us and we will either replace it (in which case we will give you an RMA number), or work with you to contact the manufacturer in order to receive a replacement unit. Please note that shipping costs are not included in the manufacturer’s warranty.
