What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards:  Visa, Mastercard, American Express. For Pickup orders, we also accept Debit.

I understand that you’re a Canadian Company.  Do you ship to any other countries?

At this time, we ship only to customers within Canada.

In what currency are your prices?

We charge all prices in Canadian dollars (CAD).

How long will it take to receive my shipment?

You should receive your shipment in 3-9 business days (1-2 business days for processing and 2-7 business days for shipping, depending on your location), unless you choose a faster shipping method of either Xpresspost or Priority, either of which will get it to you in 2-5 business days total (1-2 business days for processing and 1-3 business days for shipping, depending on your location).

During the Covid-19 period, Canada Post may be slower than normal due to increased demand.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may cancel your order any time before it is confirmed and paid for.  We will confirm the actual shipment rate as well before we process the final order.

Am I able to return a product if I’m not satisfied with it?

Due to the Covid-19 situation, we will not be accepting any returns at this time, however we will assess each situation individually, so please reach out to us if there is an issue with your order.

What do I do if I receive a product that is defective?

Our products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty against this issue.  If you have received a defective product, simply contact us and we will either replace it (in which case we will give you an RMA number), or work with you to contact the manufacturer in order to receive a replacement unit.  Please note that shipping costs are not included in the manufacturer’s warranty.
